News

Results from the auction will be posted 2 weeks after the auction.
Cels are shipped as soon as we recieve them from the supplier.  Please be patient and understand we do not recieve them immediately.
We make every effort to post results and ship cels as soon as we get them, but we can't do anything about delays in the arrival of the cels and results to us.
What is the Silent Auction?
The Silent Auction is held by Japanese collectors and dealers, and is normally strictly for people living in Japan.
As a special service to our premiere customers, Celga.com is acting as a bidding agent in the Auction, so that you may participate even if you don't live in Japan.
Bids are accepted until July 17, 2002 . After that, the bids are tallied by those running the auction, (including bids by the collectors in Japan who are participating)  and the person with the highest bid wins.
*NOTICE*Your bid price will be the price you pay if you win.
This is like a live auction, not an ebay auction.  In live bidding, you call out the price, and if no one calls one above you, what you said is what you pay.  This is the same principle.  The difference being, you can not hear what everyone else is bidding, and hence the reason it is called a "Silent" Auction.
There are NO negotiations with these auctions.
Rules:
  1. Bids must be made in DOLLARS
  2. Deposits may be requested.
  3. Payment method is International Postal Money to Japan, US Money Order,  or Paypal.
  4. There are absolutely NO CANCELLATIONS allowed.

  5. Please think carefully before you email us with your bid.
Should you win and not be able to pay, we will no longer be able to do business with you,
as will the other Japanese dealers involved in these auctions.
  6. You must pay promptly as we must immediately pay the Japanese seller.
  7. Please send your order at bustakei@yahoo.com with subject "Silent Auction"
How it works:
  1. Find a cel that you would like to bid on
  2. Decide what your maximum bid for the cel is.  Remember this is the amount you will be paying if you win.  All bids are in DOLLARS.  The minimum bid for each cel is written below it in Yen.  This means that you MUST divide that number by our current exchange rate (right now 113 yen to the dollar) and bid at LEAST that much in dollars.
  3. Email us with the item number located under the cel and your bid with the following information:
  4. There are NO Shipping or Bank fees from the sellers on these auctions.
  5. You will be charged EMS from Japan to you.  You will be billed for this when the cels are ready to ship, as we will try to combine with current auctions you have won on YJA at that time to save shipping.
  6. Cels will be shipped together with any current orders you may have with us.
  7. The usual Celga.com markup ($10 per 10000 yen) will be charged on the total price of the auctions you win.  Because we are taking bids in dollars this time, your bid will be converted for purposes of determining our fees using whatever our current rate is.  As of now it is 113 yen = $1 BUT THIS IS SUBJECT TO CHANGE.
